I have enjoyed pets since I was a child and have always had them in my life. I am currently a "Pet Parent" for four "fur children" that include two Labs, one Labradoodle and one cat. I also own a 150 gallon saltwater fish tank which takes about as much time to care for as my dogs and cat.

I am a person who cares about all creatures no matter how small. I AM that person who rescues insects from my home and places them outside. I even rescue insects from my pool so they don't drown.

When I retired from a law enforcement career in Los Angeles I moved to Oregon where I had a very successful pet sitting business. I moved to the Phoenix area 2 years ago to be closer to family and decided to start another pet sitting business.

I have worked very hard to get this company where it is today and am very proud of that. I am 100% dedicated to providing the best possible pet care in the West Valley. This is not a "side hustle" for me. This is my full time adventure. I get so much enjoyment from being with pets that are missing their "Fur Mommies & Daddies" and need love and compassion.

In my free time I enjoy listening to music, going to Spring Training games, WNBA games and spending time on Lake Havasu.

Drop-In Visits:

Includes up to 3 pets. For each additional pet there will be a charge of $

15 Minute Visit -

$20

Includes wellness check (check to ensure that pet is behaving normally with no signs of distress, illness or injury), potty break (including waste cleanup), play time and attention, treats if requested and refresh water.

30 Minute Visit -

$30

Includes wellness check, potty break (including waste cleanup), play time and attention, treats/feeding/medication administration if requested, refresh water, doggy/kitty waste cleanup and disposal.

45 Minute Visit -

$40

Includes wellness check, potty break (including waste cleanup), extended play time and attention, treats/feeding/medication administration if requested, refresh water, doggy/kitty waste cleanup and disposal.

Dog Walking:

All dog walks will be your dog(s) only and weather permitting. Client to provide secure leash and collar. Can include up to two non-aggressive dogs walked simultaneously.

15 Minute Visit -

$25

Includes wellness check, short neighborhood walk/potty break, treats if requested and refresh water.

30 Minute Visit -

$35

Includes wellness check, 15-20 minute neighborhood walk, treats if requested and refresh water.

45 Minute Visit -

Includes wellness check, 30 minute neighborhood walk, treats if requested and refresh water.

Overnight Pet Sitting:

Overnight visits are for those pets that need additional attention, experience separation anxiety or just need extra companionship while you are away. Includes up to 3 pets. For each additional pet there will be a charge of $5.

12 Hour Overnight Visit -

$120

Includes 12 hour stay, meals, medication administration, neighborhood walk, doggy/kitty waste cleanup and disposal, extra play time and companionship. Also, included are client requests such as watering plants, mail pickup, put out/bring in trash barrels, etc.. Start time is based on client needs.

16 Hour Overnight Visit -

$160

Includes all items in 12 Hour Overnight Visit plus an additional neighborhood walk and extended play time and companionship. Start time is based on client needs.

Pet Sitting & Dog Walking Policies

PET VACCINATIONS: Client's pet(s) must be up-do-date on all vaccines and shall provide Got Paws West Valley with documentation of vaccine status.

VETERINARY INFORMATION: All Vet & Emergency Vet information must be up-to-date with Got Paws West Valley.

PET BEHAVIOR: Clients must inform their pet sitter or dog walker of any behavioral issues their pet may have prior to receiving pet services.

SAFETY OF ENVIRONMENT: Client must provide a safe and clean environment for pet, pet sitter and dog walker during scheduled services.

DOG WALKING SAFETY: Got Paws West Valley will walk up to two of Client's non-aggressive dogs at one time. Got Paws West Valley will NEVER walk any dog unleashed. Got Paws West Valley will NEVER walk any dog unknown to Client while walking Client's dog.

SUPPLIES AND FOOD: Client must provide pet sitter and dog walker with all necessary supplies and food to successfully complete any pet service (i.e., food, water, medications, toys, leashes, collars, etc.).

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS: Client must schedule services by calling Got Paws West Valley directly or by scheduling at the Meet & Greet appointment.

50% of the total amount of pet services must be paid at the time of scheduling. The remaining 50% must be paid on the date that pet services end.

Methods of payment include Venmo & Zelle.

ACCESSING CLIENT'S HOME: In order for Got Paws West Valley to gain access to a Client's residence, we provide the following two options:

Provide a key at the time of the Meet & Greet appointment.

Provide an access code (for keypad door locks).

CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be made by calling Got Paws West Valley directly at (623) 444-2138.

Drop In & Dog Walking Services -

There is no charge for cancellation of Drop In or Dog Walking services if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before scheduled time of service.

If Drop In or Dog Walking services are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice Client will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount.

Overnight Pet Sitting Services -

There will be no charge if overnight service is cancelled with at least 3 days notice from date service starts.

If overnight services are cancelled with less than 3 days notice Client will be charged 25% of the entire agreed upon service amount.

If overnight services are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice Client will be charged 50% of the entire agreed upon service amount.

Cancellation of HOLIDAY Overnight Pet Sitting Services - HOLIDAYS INCLUDE: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving Holiday Weekend, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.

There will be no charge for cancellation of HOLIDAY overnight service with at least 5 days notice.

If HOLIDAY overnight service is cancelled with less than 5 days notice Client will be charged 25% of the entire agreed upon service amount.

If HOLIDAY overnight service is cancelled with less than 3 days notice Client will be charged 35% of the entire agreed upon service amount.

If HOLIDAY overnight service is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice Client will be charged 50% of the entire agreed upon service amount.

Note: We may decline service to anyone at our discretion.
